'OakShadowGrove embarked on a mission: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, this restaurant began as a humble locality managed by the family, relying on recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, the originator, mastered the craft of pizza in her explorations across Italy, learning from renowned pizza makers in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After her return to the UK, her goal was to produce the essence of classic Italian pizza using age-old processes and top-notch components.
Our original 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness stands firm. We continue employing original wood-firing techniques, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and choose the best quality ingredients available.
At present, 'OakShadowGrove' is still in the hands of its founding family, with the Rossi family's second generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Though we've incorporated modern touches, the core of our enterprise remains: sharing amazing, genuine pizza to unite folks.
